The Oklahoma Health Insurance High Risk Pool (OHRP) was created by the Oklahoma Legislature to provide access to health insurance coverage to all residents of the state who are unable to obtain individual health insurance.

You are encouraged to use the assistance of a licensed insurance agent when completing your OHRP enrollment application. Agents are familiar with the OHRP program; they can help you with comparisons of programs, associated premiums, and answer your enrollment questions. OHRP will pay a $100.00 fee to agents for these services.
